Your Impact:

As an HR Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing Employee Experience: Shape the employee lifecycle to create a positive journey for all.
  • Documentation Guru: Prepare and manage essential personnel documentation (new hires contracts, annexes, medical check-ups).
  • Data Management: Oversee personal files and maintain data accuracy across digital and offline systems.
  • Trusted Resource: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for absences, personal changes, and benefits, providing clarity and support to employees.
  • Administrative Excellence: Ensure that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Data Processing: Guarantee the timely and accurate processing of monthly employee data.
  • Payroll Partnership: Collaborate with our payroll provider to ensure seamless operations.
  • HR System Ownership: Manage employee queries and leverage your HR systems expertise to generate insightful reports.
  • Innovative Projects: Lead initiatives to analyze and streamline HR processes through automation and data optimization.
