We’re looking for a Lead Product Line Manager in the Asia-Pacific & Latin America (APLA) Express Lane focused on growing the Nike Brand business.
The nature of the role and specific product responsibility requires someone with an equal passion for the Nike Brand and the consumers in APLA, and has a passion for translating those cultures into Footwear Product. We seek someone who will pioneer new spaces for the Brand and who wants to win and values being part of an amazing team.
The focus of this role is creating inspiring product on a faster timeline and to serve consumers of a specific marketplace. This person will need to have a great understanding of various footwear types, trends in color, graphics, materials, trims and be the pulse for style, trend and storytelling that local athletes are seeking. This person will also understand and utilize market trends, consumer behaviors & analytics to build insights to bring new products to our consumers.

The Lead Product Line Manager for the APLA Express Lane will be responsible for the color, graphics, materials, and trims on all Nike Footwear including but not limited to: Men’s and Womens genders and across Lifestyle and Performance categories.
This role is responsible for supporting the vision for both Men’s and Women’s footwear teams through a hyperlocal lens, and so requires someone who can put themselves in the mindspace of the consumers in the APLA Geography and understand how to serve them, apply insights from them and make impact through coveted product. You will work with a broader Triad team across Design and Development and closely partner with your global product & merchandising partners to understand & fuel franchise and marketplace strategies. You will monitor progress against objectives and adjust plans as needed, including hitting cost/margin on your projects and all aspects of product management to successfully deliver the line to market. You'll ensure the accuracy of information in NIKE Inc. internal product management systems. You'll also be responsible for creating and delivering impactful presentations at internal and external meetings on a regular cadence.
You will foster strong relationships with your peers across the entire Global Footwear Family and partner closely with Merchandising and Brand to ensure integration and alignment on key initiatives, innovations, and product journeys. As a key member of the Global Footwear Product Management team, you will serve as a proactive partner during critical checkpoints & planning moments. You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating the line or specific products to internal and external audiences.
You'll be responsible for collaborating with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising and Brand teammates to create industry leading footwear and apparel with compelling & impactful stories.
