Within the Digital Program at MSI IT, we’re passionate about building software that solves problems. We count on data and business intelligence to make right decisions and grow revenue. As we enhance our customer experience, we are seeking a business analyst to deliver insights from our Salesforce, Google Analytics and Oracle Commerce Cloud usage data. Specifically, we are searching for someone who brings fresh ideas, demonstrates a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction.
Accountabilities of this Role:
Gather requirements from stakeholders to improve MSI digital site Business Intelligence.
Work with our Data & Analytics team to document detailed requirements and create design for Tableau dashboards.
Own and maintain Tableau dashboards and present business insights during management meetings.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover valuable insights.
Report on the operational data (Revenue, usage, conversion etc) weekly.
Develop reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations.
Maintain and enhance websites for operational and intelligence data.
Lead Digital site data governance meetings with stakeholders and manage action items.
Bachelors degree and 3+ years of professional experience
OR a Masters degree and 0+ years of professional experience.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
Knowledge of reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.
Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics and Commerce Cloud is a plus
Experience with Tealium TIQ or Google Tag Manager
Knowledge of SQL or data mining techniques
Experience with machine learning and AI techniques is a plus
Ability to program (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages, such as Python, Node.js and JavaScript
Experience with Cloud technologies
Experience with Google tools like Google Sheets, Slides etc
Good communication and writing skills
