Summary: As an Application Developer in Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing innovative solutions to enhance the compensation process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, develop, and customize Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules to meet the organization's compensation needs. - Configure and test the compensation modules to ensure they align with the business processes and requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the application. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions. - Train end-users on the usage and functionalities of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Assist in the integration of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation with other systems and applications. - Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations. - Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Strong understanding of compensation management principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing compensation plans and structures. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and their integration with compensation. - Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware. - Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL. - Experience in data analysis and reporting using Oracle BI Publisher. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - This position is based at our Pune office. - No specific education requirements.
