Job Summary:

The Account Executive supports the agency’s construction industry clients in compliance with Acrisure standards, policies, procedures and process.  The Account Executive is responsible for providing insurance related tasks in servicing accounts, including providing coverage consultation and advice to clients.  The success of this role is measured by the ability to meet deadlines, produce a quality work product in a fast paced environment, and provide positive team participation and support. Prior large construction industry insurance experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides timely, professional, accurate, communication to client, team, carrier representatives and underwriters.

  • Enjoys a fast- paced work environment.

  • Maintains current knowledge of lines of coverage and products.

  • Ability to make decisions independently based on knowledge of insurance products and utilizing professional judgement.

  • Maintains required electronic files accurately and consistently.

  • Will work in a high communication role with Team and drive activities based on reports and initiatives of the week.

  • Prepare loss history and complete loss summary as needed. Evaluate loss analysis and ensure accuracy prior to submittal on new or renewal business.

  • Policy Checking - check policies against Proposal/Application in Management System for accuracy and complete checklist. Update as needed making any necessary changes.

  • Review company audits for accuracy, invoice and follow up on additional premiums as required (refer to workflows/procedures).

  • Answer client calls and emails concerning all service issues and product queries from clients quickly, efficiently and accurately.

  • Ability and willingness to acquire additional education and certifications as required for position.

  • Competent and proficient understanding of the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Minimum of five years' experience in construction industry insurance experience required.
