About the role:
At DXC we are looking for an enthusiastic and agile SAP OTC Senior Consultant for our new S/4HANA projects.
As a SAP OTC Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP OTC solutions. You will leverage your extensive expertise to guide clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP OTC solutions.
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of SAP OTC modules.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP OTC projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on SAP OTC best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP OTC solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP OTC functionality.
- Implement enhancements and updates as required.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and other consultants.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP OTC solutions.
- Proven track record of successful SAP OTC implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP OTC modules including Sales Order Processing, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
- Proficiency in SAP OTC configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- SAP certification in OTC or relevant modules is highly desirable.
