The Counsel is an intermediate position responsible for managing a variety of day-to-day legal activities in coordination with the Legal team. The overall objective of this role is to provide legal support, advice and guidance across a broad range of practice areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate employee performance and provide recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
  • Work independently to provide legal advice in one area within a product or country or for an area of legal expertise (Litigation, Regulatory, HR, IP, Employment, etc.)
  • Analyze documentation against regulatory requirements and internal policies to advise business accordingly
  • Resolve problems, escalating to senior staff as needed
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Valid Bar license to practice law
  • Banking/financial industry experience or experience working at a large law firm
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local, state and federal laws and practices
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

El puesto de 24794953 Board of Directors Logistic Officer C12  esta dentro de un equipo que se dedica a gestionar la organización de los consejos de administración del grupo financiero y del banco. El consejo de administración es el máximo órgano de cualquier sociedad es a quien le reporta el director general es un grupo de 15 personas conformadas por miembros tanto de citi y consejeros independientes de alto nivel.

Dado esto la posición se enfocara en atender ciertas responsabilidades como coordinaciones logísticas, alinear agendas de consejeros senior, reservación de vuelos, alinear agendas, concretar reuniones etc. Buscamos encontrar a alguien con un excelente nivel de comunicación puesto que gestionara distintos canales. Gestión de solicitudes siempre evaluando las políticas del banco, con conocimientos institucionales de riesgo. (Ejemplo, gestionar pagos, riesgos y control, reembolso de gastos) con atención al detalle y una organización impecable. Se buscará a alguien que tenga disponibilidad total de tiempo para conectarse a atender algunas situaciones. Tenemos consejeros que viven en Europa, no coindimos en zonas de horario y sí debemos atenderlos

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Escolaridad: Ing. O Lic. Concluida en alguna rama (no hay una especificación de carrera puede ser Comunicación, Relaciones, Administración, Ing. Industrial)
  • Experiencia de 3 a 6 años en el rol o funciones similares de Logistica con Board Directors. (Deseable en una empresa del sector bancario)
  • Ingles avanzado (para comunicación con consejeros de otros paises)
  • Competencias: Manejo de conflictos, Resiliencia, Comunicación, Apertura al cambio, Analítico
