What You'll Bring:

The role will be responsible for cost planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis related businesses in India. The incumbent will be responsible for planning ,tracking and analyzing cost spends for all the functions.
The incumbent should be expert in Advanced Excel & Powerpoint. Knowledge of SAP, ERP, BI tools will be advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, reporting, including analysis of operating costs on periodic basis
  • Work closely with the functional and business leads to manage operating cost spends.
  • Partner with the functions to provide regular reports, insights and analysis to enable informed decision making
  • Work on enhancing reporting mechanism through automation
  • Preparation of analysis, commentary and presentation material for the monthly and quarterly financial review meetings
  • Maintain relationships with business teams to ensure deliverables and proper information flow
  • Track, Review and Approve Operating and Capex spends to ensure the spends are justified and as per business plans/forecasts
  • Provide Cost estimates on monthly basis to plan cash flows and initiate proactive actions to mitigate material variances to Plan
  • Work closely with the senior management team on strategic operating issues, long-term strategies and profit goals

Impact You'll Make:

Experience and Skills

Chartered Accountant or master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting / Business or any relevant field

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in related field

This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
