We are looking for you as Global Operations Manager for the Power Transformers division.

Your responsibilities

• Define the Manufacturing Process Definition & Improvement

• Focus on manufacturing and operational improvement and cost savings to improve the organization's profitability and efficiency

• Drive digital & automation transformation in field manufacturing and operations

• Manage global investment allocation for Power Transformers, in line with Global Product Group strategy, and support regions and units with the project execution

• Support new product introduction, incl. piloting.

• Drive innovation in production, including automation and digitalization

• Focus on longer term strategic actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, and productivity in the entire value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs in a safe working environment

Your background

• Bachelor's degree (electrical / mechanical) with 10+ years of operational  experience in Manufacturing industry

• Fluent in English

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities, as well as solid business acumen

• Strong proven leadership experience

• Willingness to travel on business requirements
