Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will play a key role in supporting Amgen’s global P2P processes and systems at our Technology and Innovation hub at Amgen India. The P2P Product Team Sr. Associate is responsible for partnering with the Global P2P Product Team Owners to understand business requirements, support issue resolution, and drive improvements in P2P processes and systems. This individual will interact with key team members across the Global P2P organization and will report into the P2P Amgen India Service Owner Lead.
Responsible for working closely with P2P Product Owners and other key P2P team members to identify process improvements and/or system enhancements to drive harmonies and efficiencies across the P2P lifecycle
Support system design discussions with key P2P team members and the Amgen IT function
Draft test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Implement and document the results of UAT in Amgen’s testing system of record (ALM)
Participate, and where appropriate, advise in conservations with key P2P team members and Amgen IT around standard methodologies related to certain P2P systems/processes

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of Finance experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Finance experience OR
Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Finance experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
Experience in Procure to Pay processes
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with testing end-to-end processes in a controlled, and well-documented environment
Strong data-driven problem solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution
Ability to take initiative and work within an autonomous environment
Experience working in Ariba and SAP (ECC and/or S4 Hana) or other similar procurement tools
Experience in Supplier Onboarding, Requisition to Order, Invoicing and / or Disbursements processing.
Professional Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in, business, or any other highly quantitative field
Soft Skills:
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
High degree of initiative and self-motivation
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
Project management skills and ability to meet cross-functional timelines
