The Role:
The FP&A Associate Director will be a key financial leader supporting cross-functional teams, developing and refining comprehensive financial models, and delivering actionable insights rooted in data and analysis. This individual will play a critical role in financial planning, internal and external reporting, and financial analyses to support key business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business performance through data analysis and strategic financial planning.
This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to influence decisions, to ensure alignment between finance and key stakeholders, and to continuously improve financial processes. The ideal candidate has excellent critical thinking and analytic capabilities, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional attention to detail. This role reports to the VP of Finance.
The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000 per year.
