Specialist, HRIS Data Management
So what does a Specialist, HRIS Data Management really do? This position’s primary focus will be collaborating with HR and business teams to implement programs in the Workday HRIS by interpreting business needs and creating systemic solutions.
This role will also provide support for day-to-day operations of the business inside of Workday, collaborating with managers and leaders.
As a Specialist, HRIS Data Management, you will:
Drive operational performance and service excellence within the HR Shared Service function, and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion.
Provide Global Production support to the HR Operations Team and other stakeholders, including researching and resolving HCM process and data issues
Provide advice and support to our stakeholders from pre-employment through to offboarding.
Ensure employee data is up to date, accurate and compliant within our HR systems
Generate different employee information reports necessary for audit purposes.
Liaise effectively and collaboratively with end users and IT Functional Support to gather business requirements and ensure that new functionality is implemented accurately in the HRIS System
Work with IT to ensure new functionality and system updates are fully tested before release to Production.
Work with our TaskUs HRIS team members from different regions to ensure alignment across our offices as well as to share best practices.
Deliver Ad hoc tasks deemed necessary by the business
Do you have what it takes to become a Specialist, HRIS Data Management?
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in HRIS, Shared Services or relevant field. Experience in using Workday is preferred.
Experience in integration of employee job data and personal data in HR systems.
Experience in supporting regional and global recruiting teams.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize requests
Frugality and resourcefulness on analytical root-cause analysis.
Adapt well to change
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
