• Boost the evolution of processes in the of Business areas (SCIB & Wealth), acting as a bridge between business needs and HR trends.
• For this role, we value good interpersonal relationships, people management skills, planning, communication, be organized and a have a conciliatory profile.

What do we need for this position:

• HR Experience, preferably experience in a Business Partner role.
• Experience in Wholesale (SCIB & Wealth).
• Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish.
• Knowledge of the company's way of working.
• Experience in management of people.
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers.
• Strategic vision.
• Connection with future HR trends and our business.
• Ability to transform and renew.
