For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Trainee Recruitment and Development Coordinator role.

Your role

  • Supporting the Trainee Recruitment Team with the organisation of assessment centres, facilitation of online case studies and administration of vacation schemes, open days and diversity development programmes.

  • Supporting the Trainee Development Team with the secondment, qualification and seat rotation processes, as well as management of future joiner spreadsheets

  • Inbox management and processing of invoices and expenses across both teams

Your experience

  • Experience within a busy administrative role, ideally in a generalist HR, L&D or recruitment role within a professional services firm.

  • Organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Stakeholder management

  • Strong administrative experience

  • Experience in managing high volumes of processes

  • Proven experience with complex scheduling responsibilities

  • Computer literate – good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Location

  • Warsaw - hybrid working model with min. 2 days per week at the office
