WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will help build and implement Functional HR Strategy across multiple teams and business units! You will report to the Senior Director, Business HR – Nike Global Technology, and collaborate across all HR COEs. You will be aligned to the Nike Global Technology business and its leadership team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to be a key partner for business leadership teams. This role involves sensing and listening to needs, providing mentorship and coaching, and collaborating with HR COEs and solutions specialists. The ideal candidate is a sophisticated, business-savvy HR professional who excels in ambiguity and adapts quickly to change in a fast-paced environment. Individuals must demonstrate strong executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

  • 10+ years of experience of demonstrated business-facing HR experience or similar role.

  • Experience supporting Technology, Engineering or Product organizations in an HRBP capacity is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.

  • Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking while leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives and reorganizations.

  • Data driven approach to coaching and solutioning working with highly distributed, fast-paced, and global dispersed teams.

  • Excellent relationship builder with strong experience in Organizational Design, Organizational Effectiveness and Strategy Development.

  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and leading organizational efficiency, culture building, organization design initiatives, and multi-year talent strategies.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and belonging. Moreover, you will share business insights with COEs and Employee Services to help them design and create business-focused solutions.

  • Enhance and build organizational alignment and capability by developing and facilitating initiatives such as team effectiveness, goal development and alignment, manager capability, and employee engagement.

  • Oversee strategic workforce plans that align with business strategies and objectives, using diagnostic skills and core metrics to guide COEs in creating innovative HR solutions.

  • Provide HR expertise on business strategies and offer sound business insights to leaders and teams.

  • Manage the talent pipeline, succession planning, career development, and functional excellence.
