About the Role
You will join Group Office Performance and Rewards team which focuses on supporting Group Office employees with regards to compensation and benefits.
You will lead the Group Office’s Benefits Operations and be the key contact person with internal and external partners on Group Benefits renewal and business process, You will involve in the year-end compensation cycle by working closely with Group Performance and Rewards colleagues, HR business partners and other HR colleagues by leading the comp year-end calendar and deliverables. Further, you will be the liaison for our Singapore Group Office Hub.
You will report to Director of Group Office Performance and Rewards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Benefits Operation: Lead the operation of Benefit Programmes for Group Office. This includes ensuring timely delivery and good oversight of the following: -
- Enrolment, data maintenance, payments and termination of Benefit Programmes such pension plans, medical & insurance, employee compensation, rental reimbursement, long service award, school and club programme, corporate discount etc.
- Annual group medical and insurance renewal. This includes loss ratio analysis, premium cost review, renewal proposal and recommendation for change
- Key liaison with AIA Trustee and AIA Corporate Solutions
- Plan benefits programme communications and briefings
- Implementation of any updates to Benefit guidelines and policies with consideration of sustainability, efficiency, clear delegation of duties
- Lead escalation, provide advice and solutions to People Advisory Team, Business Partners and/or employees within existing guidelines and policies
- Compensation: Take part in the Group Office compensation cycle. This includes:-
- Establish and communicate the Group Office comp year-end timeline and action on deliverables
- Prepare data analysis and report generation to ensure timely provision of quality data within timeline for team members’ review and approval
- Job evaluation for promotion cases and ad hoc job evaluation throughout the year to ensure internal alignment and external benchmarking
- Singapore Hub: Be the liaison person for the Global Office Singapore Hub, by working closely with AIA Singapore, including but not limited to annual benefits renewal and employee communication
- Disclosure: Annual Director Disclosures and Emoluments
- Other initiatives: You will handle performance and rewards related activities such as website and/or data maintenance in P&R related systems, provide advice, support projects, analytics, reviews and/or subsequent implementation of compensation & benefits programme
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Around 8 years’ working experience in Human Resources, among which 5 years are compensation & benefits; head office experience is preferred
- Critical thinking skills and ability to think commercially, highly analytical and impeccable attention to details
- Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and on outcomes
- Positive, proactive in building and sustaining partnerships, able to communicate and responsive to enquiries
- Independent, flexible, able to multi-task and give beyond own area of expertise whilst ensuring good time management in a fast-paced working environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Words
- Competency and proficiency in Workday, in particular Reporting, Compensation and Advanced Compensation Module
- Proficient in English. Mandarin is a plus
