Northrop Grumman's Payload and Ground Systems (PGSD) is seeking a Program Planning Manager 1 to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. This position will be located in Aurora, CO, and will be required to be 100% onsite due to nature and scope of the role. This position will support our Payload and Ground Systems team.
As a manager of a professional program planning team, the selected candidate must have experience with the scheduling discipline, as well as the leadership qualities necessary to foster collaboration among team members and the programs they support.

Salary Range: $109,800.00 - $164,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
