The Digital Exp Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for the review and execution of marketing creatives and the management of multi-channel creative execution which will require the person to manage business relationships, influence key partners, initiate and implement creative process executional efficiencies and process improvements, and oversee policy adherence practices with respect to creative management
- Responsible for ensuring our creatives are executed with efficiency, control, and quality
- Partner with Marketing to understand and execute the creative strategy
- Provide an executional voice to the strategy to ensure creatives being developed or modified follow a consistent and repeatable design to promote a rollout opportunity
- Partner with our production team, marketing partners, and vendors to provide facilitation of marketing copy reviews
- Partner with the Legal team to facilitate updates and finalize creative execution setup and specifications
- Find the most effective and efficient means to delivering communications to our customers
- Manage day to day tasks and activities in the execution of programs
- Develop partnerships with channel owners to create and align execution efficiencies to ensure control and quality of message across various customer touch-points
- Responsible for handling day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience
- Knowledge of directing creative agencies for control development work and an understanding of the creative agency process
- Demonstrate understanding of data usage and how data can drive creative execution
- Knowledge and experience with working along multiple layers of creative reviews and approvals involved in executing marketing programs
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, particularly as it pertains to tailoring one's message and style to best reach one's audience
- Excellent influencing skills and a proven ability to build consensus across disparate subcultures and teams within an organization
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrates flexibility in approach to different types of business problems and a willingness to change course when necessary to avoid project setbacks
- Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to create and establish structure and process across cross-functional teams when ambiguous situations and new business needs arise
Education: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products in complex environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of project management principles. Preferably CSPO certification
- Familiar with software development platforms such as Jira, Confluence and Figma.
