This individual will be responsible and accountable for end-to-end brand management for 1 Oncology Brand and will partner closely with the team to drive growth and meet profitability objectives through excellence in deployment of operational plans, salesforce tactical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities as follows:

  • Develop the annual and three-year marketing strategy for the oncology brand, achievement of revenue and KPIs.

  • Provide on-going analysis/conclusions of the competitive environment that have potential impact to business and support with relevant action plans.

  • Ensure demand forecast and financial forecast are accurate, up to date and aligned to assumptions made.

  • Evaluate long, medium, and short-term marketing plans and budget to ensure all marketing costs are reviewed and controlled within agreed parameters and marketing spends are delivering positive ROI.

  • Responsible for supporting salesforce through providing materials, key tactical plan and trainings.

  • Where relevant develop and execute Tender/Govt Procurement/Govt Listings Strategic Plans strategy with cross functional team

  • Develop and drive content for digital and MCM activities.

  • Stakeholders’ engagement to manage senior leaders and cross functional teams.

  • Ensuring effective adherence and implementation of Governance processes and policies.

  • To deliver Marketing Brand and Product Execution Plan outcomes and key performance indicators in line with Therapy Area Strategies.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Preferably degree in Science/Business/Marketing Discipline and/or any relevant degree

  • Must possess sales experience & 1-3 years pharma marketing experience.

  • Prior experience in Oncology/Haematology therapy area is preferred.
