What’s Under the Hood

DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, as an AR Specialist you will be responsible for managing the timely and accurate application of customer payments.  You will also research and resolve issues related to payment transactions.

In long, our AR Specialist are responsible for:

  • Verifying and reconciling daily deposits.

  • Performing research on accounts as needed.

  • Posting and reconciling payment corrections after ensuring complete and accurate documentation.

  • Recording customer and other payments into the Company’s ERP system.

  • Reconciling cash drawers daily.

  • Research unidentified checks in the GL

  • Prepare JEs for non-customer cash deposits

  • Performing other related duties as assigned

  • Fantastic problem solver. Your job is not only to find the problem, but more importantly, find the solution.

The Specifics.

  • Associates degree.

  • 1+ years of relevant experience.

  • Proficient in 10 key by touch.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with basic Excel skills
