Join us as our new Digital Transformation Partner
We are looking for a passionate Digital Transformation Partner to strengthen our team. As a digital transformation partner, you will lead (digital transformation) initiatives closely with your colleagues and the applied research and technical service functions in Food & Beverages Biosolutions. Your role covers tasks which could span from leading an initiative focused on developing a digital product to supporting your colleagues or partners on a change management project.
You are probably a digital project manager with a product mindset, or a digital product manager with strong digital/IT project management competences, eager to connect and understand how our users work. Focus on people and change management is key to your success. It is in your nature to identify the true needs and latent needs of the “users” through interviews, user research, user journey mapping, facilitating brainstorming sessions, and workshops; and applying design thinking concepts. Your focus is on ensuring that the solutions we propose & develop solve the right problems and drive these development initiatives forward. All this, in a complex environment with many stakeholders in the organization around the globe.

You will be part of a very diverse team, based in Denmark and France, with profiles including data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and digital specialists with an R&D background. We consider ourselves Swiss Army Knives, where we do a lot of different things depending on the task at hand. Our purpose is to transform the way we do science leveraging digital technologies and enabling the organization with a digital mindset.
To Succeed You Bring These Skills
Ideally a minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management or digital/IT project management roles.
Strong agile mindset, while able to apply the best of all types of project management methodologies to serve the specific purpose of the initiatives.
First and foremost, you are a team player, you thrive working closely with your team members.
Excellent collaboration skills across all levels and roles, a strong networker and influencer across teams.
Strong analytical, communication skills and strategic thinking, with a problem-solving mindset.
Strong in navigating a complex, multicultural environment, with many stakeholders across the globe.
Strong ability to translate business needs from applied R&D and technical service departments into digital needs.
Passion for identifying user needs and solve user problems, using empathy as a pillar.
Strong organizational & planning skills, being able to keep a holistic overview and go into the details when needed.
Strong facilitator of ideation sessions, and user journey mapping exercises.
Curious about scientific processes and how people work in the labs.
Natural change agent.
The Preferred Candidate Also Has
Certification as scrum product owner, or scrum master.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology, Business. Administration, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.
Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in another field but completed with experience in digital product development, e.g. Scrum Product Owner, Service design, UX design, etc.
Experience in biotech, life sciences industry as an advantage.
Design thinking experience will be also an advantage.
Location: This job is based at our site in Lyngby, Denmark with the possibility for working from home in average 1 day per week.
You may need to work some days from our site in Hørsholm. While in general very little travel is expected (up to 10 days a year), the position is global meaning you may need to have meetings fitting other time zones (both Americas, and Asia).
