The Partner Development Team Leader is responsible for developing and executing the company’s talent development strategy to improve our global company performance. This includes leading the:

  • Development and execution of development programs
  • Researching, designing, and executing role-based development journeys
  • Leveraging systems, tools, and processes to ensure the company has a strong pipeline for future growth.
  • Evaluate learning and development programs for effectiveness and impact.

Additionally, this role position will be instrumental in overseeing existing talent management initiatives while leading the implementation of new programs designed to foster global company performance. The person in this role will work closely with the leads in both partner development, organizational development/design business Leaders, DEI Programs Manager, and HRBST team to champion a culture of talent excellence on a global scale.

This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 2-3 days onsite at Home Office and the remainder working remotely

What you'll do:

  • Partner Development Strategy: Develop, execute, and continuously improve the content, effectiveness, and methods of development. This includes establishing a curriculum based on company growth initiatives and ensuring linkage to performance management, succession needs, skill gaps, and individual development plans.
  • Leadership Development – Oversee partner and leadership development programs. This includes managing internal and external facilitators, collaborating with the other partner development team leaders, and business leaders to assess development needs, design the appropriate delivery modalities, and implement mechanisms to engage and develop partners for long-term success.
  • Succession Planning and Competency Analysis – Collaborate with the organizational design/development leader and talent acquisition leads to ensure the capability and sustainability of company bench strength to support current and future business needs. Supports talent review process as needed to help drive development roadmap.
  • Learning Program Development – Apply learning theory concepts across multiple platforms using developmental tools and approaches that resonate with a diverse global workforce. Work with the DEI Programs Manager to develop developmental programs that are relevant for all partners and aid in partner performance and engagement.
  • Facilitation Network & Measurement: Establish and manage the network of internal and external instructors to facilitate classroom, experiential and web-based training courses. Facilitate core courses as needed.
  • Consultation: Provide coaching and mentorship to partners and leaders to enhance their ability to develop and retain top talent while fostering a culture of support and collaboration. Solutions may include experiences, assignments, mentoring, classes, programs, and independent study.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Work with the DEI Programs Manager and Business Resource Groups to develop & execute developmental programs that are relevant for all partners and aid in partner performance and engagement. Establish and enforce the Schreiber Foods culture and maintain a positive attitude for Partners during workshops/training sessions.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
  • 7-10 years experience in direct/indirect coaching, training and strategic people development.
  • Proven capability to execute state of the art, world class people development strategies.
  • Must have proven track record in the development and execution of best-in-class partner development strategies.
  • The ability to support a growing global environment while maintaining a long-term strategic focus on key initiatives.
  • Ability to lead a team as well as influence the organization to create consensus and alignment with leadership.
  • Solid background in establishing systems, processes, measurement, and tools to support people and leadership development. Outstanding communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and computer skills required.
  • Must have strong analytical and organization skills.
  • Travel up to 25% globally.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positions.
