Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance and support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters, providing technical guidance and support to the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Oversee the application development process, including coding, testing, and debugging. - Provide technical expertise and support to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the development phase. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware. - Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR architecture and functionalities. - Experience in designing and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR solutions. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications. - Solid understanding of integration methodologies and technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud and RESTful APIs. - Experience in data migration and conversion activities in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
