Key Responsibilities

  • Design Strategy: Define and drive the design vision and strategy within your domain for HP Industrial Print’s digital printing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • End-to-End Product Design: Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • User Experience Excellence: Champion user-centered design principles to create accessible, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into product development processes.
  • Design System Stewardship: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.

  • Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge of design and functionality

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Over 7 years of experience in designing digital products for web and mobile platforms. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Framer, Webflow, and ProtoPie.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a product team, with a strong ability to guide ideation and feature development within your domain using a user-centered design framework.
  • Deep understanding of technical constraints and the ability to design solutions that work across different platforms, including desktop and mobile (iOS and Android).
  • Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.
  • Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy
  • Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher).
