This role will be fully remote through August 2025 with the expectation that employees will begin working 2 days per week in our dedicated office space starting September 2025.

About the Role

We are hiring a seasoned product manager with 8+ years of relevant experience to lead one of our top company initiatives. We want a PM who will serve the needs of partners and their customers for Taskrabbit services to grow partner revenue to a meaningful share of our entire business, in line with company vision and goals. This is an individual contributor role with broad autonomy and agency, and the cross-functional backing to be successful. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end partner and customer experience for our partner products and their success as a durable business.

The ideal candidate has proven experience taking a product from inception to growth in a smart and iterative way. They’ve had a lead role building B2B products for business partners, with a hand in sales, integration, and support of enterprise customers and their tech teams. They understand differences between the motivations and considerations of business and consumer customers, and how each type of customer views and uses a product. They have demonstrated ability to think strategically, both externally — defining a plan that focuses on iterative learning and validation, while delivering progressively more value to partners and the business — and internally — ensuring that we’re growing our marketplace in a way that’s compounding across partnerships and the rest of our marketplace. They value and demonstrate strong, constructive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Work On:

  • Develop strong opinions on strategy for partnerships to achieve company vision and OKRs by talking to partners & customers, and understanding company strategy and partner opportunities
  • Deeply understand customer and partner needs to develop suite of solutions that meet partners where they are and make it easy for them to expand partnership as they see value
  • Lead the product development team building our platform for partner solutions and API to serve our most sophisticated partners
  • Partner with other PMs and their teams, and commercial and operational partners to innovate on how Taskrabbit best serves customers and creates more work opportunities for our Taskers
  • Grow partnerships to be a major source of Taskrabbit revenue and grow opportunities for Taskers by taking calculated risks, making smart investments, and rallying contributing teams to deliver on outcomes

Your Areas Of Expertise:

  • You have a minimum of 8 years in product management, or a highly cross-functional background with technical experience or demonstrated aptitude. Additional experience in other fields is a plus.
  • You have direct experience working on external APIs, third-party integrations, or multi-party products like marketplaces or B2B2C, and understand integration workflows between systems, both internal and external.
  • You demonstrate a strong customer focus — doing the research and using data to understand your customers, their mindset, and how your product can help them.
  • You have collaborated with sales and BD teams to deeply understand partner and market needs, and use this knowledge to create impactful, data-driven sales stories that drive product adoption.
  • You have past exposure to B2B/enterprise sales, and understand sales cycles, sales enablement, how to pitch, and contracts & agreements; you’re comfortable participating in sales calls and see them as an opportunity to both sell and learn.
  • You're an excellent collaborator who gathers input from many sources and distills into a clear action plan, making and communicating trade-off decisions along the way.
  • You take a hypothesis-driven approach to product development and business growth, and have a bias toward learning through doing. You know how to employ different types of tests to validate ideas before overinvesting in them, and use analytics to uncover potential issues and opportunities in your products.
  • You value clarity in communication, and demonstrate that through thoughtful writing and constructive discussions. You use those skills to influence stakeholders and keep them apprised and excited about your team’s mission.
  • You have good business sense and can see the big picture. You can see how impacting one lever in a complex system and marketplace affects other facets.
  • You’re excellent at execution and consistently get things done, removing roadblocks and rolling up your sleeves whenever necessary to deliver value for our customers.
  • You inspire your teams, giving them context and focusing them on clear, ambitious goals. You’re comfortable driving urgency and leading a team to quick, impactful decisions to achieve those goals.
