YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
You will join a Community Operations Team to satisfy the day-to-day needs of our clients. Some work will be independent while at other times it will require collaboration with other members of the CIC staff.
Potential responsibilities will include:
• Building and keeping good relationships with CIC clients, making sure they’re happy by quickly and specifically responding to their questions and needs.
• Handling a variety of client requests creatively and effectively, from office rearrangement to event hosting.
• Stocking and maintaining supplies in kitchens and conference rooms, while also ensuring the upkeep of regular systems like print stations and conference room setups, offering assistance as needed.
• Facilitating new client onboarding, including system registration and office setup, as well as assisting existing ones with office moves and special event preparations in conference rooms.
• Supporting front desk operations with focus on excellent service and assisting other teams with special projects as needed.
• Assisting in organizing community events to encourage networking among clients.
• Leading special projects within the team, such as evaluating new ways to enhance operational efficiency or developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and engagement.
ABOUT YOU

YOU HAVE
• Ideally at least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, which could be from a company, internship, NGO, or any other organization.
• Experience in hospitality or a high-service level job would be a big plus.
• Availability to work from the office every day.
• Ability to start your day early at 7:00 AM for four days a week.
• Ability to work until 7:00 PM and complete end-of-day checks. This may occasionally be required.
• Ability to legally work in the Netherlands. CIC is unable to sponsor visas for this role at this time.
• Fluency in English.
• Communicative Dutch is a plus.

• Employment contract.
• Currently, the position is part-time, but it may transition to a full-time role.
• Starting compensation if based on full time: €2568gross (excluding holiday allowance).
