Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry best practices and emerging trends in game monetization.
2. Analyze player data and behaviour to understand player engagement, spending habits, and churn rates.
3. Develop and test new monetisation features and mechanics to optimize player engagement and revenue.
4. Work closely with the development team to ensure that monetization features are seamlessly integrated into the game.
5. Develop and manage a budget for monetization activities.
6. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization, such as revenue, ARPU, and LTV.
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in game monetization and industry best practices.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in game monetization, preferably in the PC gaming industry.
2. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing monetization strategies that drive revenue growth.
3. Strong understanding of different monetization models, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising, and freemium models.
4. Experience with data analysis and player behavior tracking.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Passion for games and a desire to contribute to the success of our product.
