Main Purpose:

The Business Support Analyst will collaborate closely with TFG Management team to help achieve strategic goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong eye for business, skills in strategy formulation, an understanding of P&L, the ability to analyze data and draw insights. This role involves providing critical support to business leaders by managing data reporting, assist on business strategy presentations, and organizing key documents. Responsibilities also include handling ad hoc requests, coordinating across departments, and conducting audits to ensure both operational efficiency and compliance. Additionally, the candidate will maintain a centralized document repository, ensuring the accurate filing of essential documents.

Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting: Extract and analyze data from various systems to create detailed and timely reports that aid decision-making processes.
2. Auditing & Internal Controls: Assist in the execution of internal audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Report on findings and recommend improvements.
3. Business & Strategy Presentations: Assist on business and strategy presentations for management meetings, customer engagements, and board reviews.

4. Ad Hoc Requests: Respond to and prioritize ad hoc requests from management, including data analysis, reporting, and project-based work.
5. System Utilization: Use inhouse tools Pluto/QV/TFG Portal to manage data, track performance, and ensure the accuracy of all reporting.
6. Cross-team Coordination: Collaborate with departments such as Deals, finance, operations, compliance, and IT to gather information and ensure alignment on projects and tasks.
7. Document Filing: File, organize, and maintain important business documents and reports in the company’s document repository, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-organized.
8. Data Analysis: Provide data-driven insights by analyzing operational, financial, and market data to identify trends and risks.
