Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Transformation, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a variety of complex projects with cross-functional operational impact on our Home Care Division. The Manager will be a hands-on leader, responsible for leading projects and driving change across the organization.
This position will be located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario and will have flexibility for both remote and in-office work based on our hybrid work model.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for leading multiple simultaneous projects and will require a high degree of skill in prioritization and problem-solving.
- Accountable for all project objectives which may include solution design and implementation, communication and change management planning.
- You will be required to lead the stakeholder engagement activities and lead cross-functional meetings, obtaining buy in from all key stakeholders.
- Responsible for identifying all project risks and working collaboratively with Internal and external vendor teams in developing and implementing risk management plans.
- Communicate key project milestones, timelines, and updates to all key stakeholders across the organization from operations to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain professional partnerships with internal business partners and support teams, that are characterized by shared responsibility and success, open communication, and transparency.
- Ad hoc requests as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Highly organized, with superior communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate to various stakeholders.
- A degree/diploma in a related field plus at least 5 years of directly related experience managing large initiatives.
- Team player who fosters a collaborative work environment, working with others to achieve shared team goals and organizational objectives.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and to pivot quickly given changing industry trends and priorities.
- Healthcare experience an asset
