Your role will operate within the Growth team at Finimize, where we are dedicated to driving subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative CRM strategies. Our CRM and Lifecycle Marketing team is pivotal in creating and executing campaigns that resonate with our audience, driving measurable growth and long-term engagement.

About the Role

We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will be on the frontline of our subscriber engagement strategy, building out our CRM capability to convert, engage, and retain users across our subscriber lifecycle while also engaging with subscriber inquiries.

As the CRM Marketing Executive, you will build and enhance our CRM & Lifecycle capabilities, implementing marketing automations that drive user engagement and growth. You’ll design and execute strategies to convert users and newsletter readers to our Finimize Premium subscription, mitigate churn, and engage with subscribers throughout their journey. Working closely with stakeholders across Growth, Community, and Product, you’ll create and optimise email, push, and in-app campaigns using A/B and multivariate testing.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and lead the strategy for end-to-end user and subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Manage the entire lifecycle communication process across all channels—email, push, in-app—from brief to execution and post-campaign analysis.

Audience Segmentation & Reporting:

  • Create our audience segmentation strategy, define our subscriber segments, and build reporting for free and premium subscribers.

  • Own the lifecycle communications for Finimize Premium subscribers.

Campaign Management:

  • Identify organic and manufactured triggers and design strategies to leverage these triggers to drive habituation, engagement, and retention.

  • Create programmes for subscriber onboarding, lifecycle management, and win-back initiatives.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation:

  • Analyse campaign and channel performance, using insights to increase engagement and conversion rates at all stages of the subscriber lifecycle journey.

  • Manage an experimentation agenda to continuously improve performance across all CRM channels.

Collaboration & User Experience:

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify and build features that support your CRM strategy.

  • Deliver consistent and innovative user experiences across our channels, enabling personalised user journeys.

Subscriber Engagement:

  • Respond to subscriber inquiries, resolving requests and improving subscriber satisfaction.

  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews across platforms such as the App Store, Google Play, TrustPilot, and more.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience building CRM programmes from scratch.

  • Strong track record of executing successful cross-channel lifecycle communications that improve activation, engagement, and retention.

  • Technical aptitude with a creative eye, adept at CRM systems, marketing operations, and creative design and messaging.

  • A deep understanding of customer segmentation with a customer-centric approach.

  • End-to-end planning, development, and execution of large-scale cross-channel lifecycle campaigns.

  • Expertise with customer engagement platforms (Sailthru, Iterable, Braze, etc.) and delivering automation & personalisation strategies.
