Senior Product Marketing Specialist

Introduction to team 

Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.  

Our B2B Product Marketing team is looking for a motivated Senior Product Marketing Specialist who excels working within a team and independently, eager to learn and grow, and cares deeply about the customer experience to focus on our Vacation Rental business. In this role, you will: 

  • Assist with developing fundamental insights of our market, partners, and competitors   
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement to inform marketing strategies. 
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform GTM strategies, messaging and positioning, and influence the product roadmap by conducting customer interviews, surveys, and focus groups. 
  • Work across global teams to own, execute and report on go-to-market marketing strategies to drive high-performing product launches 
  • Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for our Vacation Rental product portfolio 
  • Lead product launch plans and develop effective sales training materials. 
  • Collaborate with product, growth marketing, public relations, sales enablement, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for go to market launch. 
  • Present GTM plans and performance updates to senior management. 
  • Help maintain internal alignment with other parts of the company including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing 

 
Experience and qualifications: 

  • 2 to 5 years of experience orchestrating and optimizing GTM strategies throughout the B2B customer lifecycle 
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to consistently prioritize and lead execution from other team members to deliver quality outcomes on time 
  • Demonstrate use of data and metrics to develop and test hypotheses, deploy optimizations, and evaluate outcomes 
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with other teams in globally matrixed work groups 
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and a strong bias for action 
  • Actively identify and resolve issues, owning tools and processes, with minimal supervision 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising or communications, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience. 

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
