MongoDB’s mission is to empower innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data. We enable organizations of all sizes to easily build, scale, and run modern applications by helping them modernize legacy workloads, embrace innovation, and unleash AI. Our industry-leading developer data platform, MongoDB Atlas, is the only globally distributed, multi-cloud database and is available in more than 115 regions across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Atlas allows customers to build and run applications anywhere—on premises, or across cloud providers. With offices worldwide and over 175,000 new developers signing up to use MongoDB every month, it’s no wonder that leading organizations, like Samsung and Toyota, trust MongoDB to build next-generation, AI-powered applications.

MongoDB is looking for a talented and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to enhance our marketing programs in the ASEAN region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving adoption, generating pipeline, and contributing to revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include executing events, webinars, and account based marketing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Singapore for our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the field marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive demand generation and brand awareness plan that positions MongoDB as a thought leader, attracts qualified leads, and supports outbound sales initiatives to meet regional revenue goals. This includes but is not limited to email campaigns, events, webinars, PR and digital marketing programs
  • Develop and implement scalable account-based marketing programs that engage multiple strategic accounts and align with their unique business challenges, priorities, and decision-making processes
  • Leverage a deep understanding of target accounts, prioritise key industries, and map out decision-makers and personas to support strategic planning and program execution
  • Ensure marketing program performance and ROI are effectively tracked and reported, setting up processes for consistent measurement of outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new marketing content, refresh existing materials, and ensure alignment for marketing activations
  • Maintain clear and frequent communication with the Field Marketing Manager and the sales team regarding planned and ongoing marketing activities across global, regional, and local initiatives
  • Partner closely with sales and SDR teams to ensure timely follow-up on marketing-generated leads within the region

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Bahasa, Thai, or Japanese is a plus
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in the technology sector, ideally with a B2B software company; enterprise marketing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing ABM strategies and successful events/webinars
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms is highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on tracking metrics and showing clear ROI from both company-led and co-funded marketing activities
  • Willingness to travel 25-30% for event execution and team collaboration
