Provides full support in all relevant HR processes, practices, and policies across countries in scope and HR disciplines. Acts as point of contact for all associates based in the region. Provides timely, thorough and accurate support and advice to associates, managers as well as to the other members of the HR department. Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of the different countries employment law regulations, financial regulations and/or knows where to research information; may develop in -depth expertise in process (es) and be subject matter expert locally or for the region.

Responsibilities:

HR Support

  • Managing multiple in-take channels, acts as point of contact for HR-related questions from CG associates across levels and colleagues in other HR functions, providing guidance as and when appropriate; Refers questions to appropriate resources as applicable or directs the associate or manager to the adequate person or team as needed.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on Human Resources policies, processes and tools; partners with other HR functions as needed 
  • Provides consultation to the broader HR team to ensure accuracy and true intent within the system
  • Provides local support to HR functions if they are not represented locally (e.g. GMG, benefits, etc); provides advice on local complexities to global HR team members.

Process & Associate Life Cycle Management

  • Manages end-to-end processes related to associate’s movements from offer to termination;
  • Manages end to end processes related to associates’ personal life events.
  • Manage processes, documents and data in accordance with data privacy expectations and data integrity principles.
  • Uses and improves existing tools and processes and participates to the design and implementation of new ones; seeks to continuously improve processes and documents and workflow with a lens on increased efficiency and customer experience
  • Participates in regional or global projects as assigned

Benefits & leave administration

  • Day to day administration of benefits in accordance with local requirements and processes, including sharing the relevant information with payroll on time and accurately.
  • Management of absences in line with each country’s requirement, including absence tracking, occupational health when relevant, informing payroll when payment implications as needed
  • Providing data & insights to drive our benefits & associate management strategy

Peer Support

  • Assists with onboarding, mentoring, and training HR Operations associates on process changes and/or new department initiatives; may customize training based on audience
  • Proactively shares learnings with the Europe & APAC team as applicable 
  • Assists the other HR Operations teams as and when needed

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generates ad hoc reports and identifies actionable insights through data analysis

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
