This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland and reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Mobility (EMEA), based in London.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and global perspective with at least 4 years of corporate in-house mobility experience. Candidate should understand the EMEA mobility market as well as immigration trends to support business demands. This role will serve as a trusted business advisor, enabling mobility in support of Salesforce’s business on a global scale. You will need to manage ambiguity, assess patterns in complex problems, not be afraid to lean into changes, and take calculated risks to drive results.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Mobility & Immigration Program Delivery - management and execution of programs designed to facilitate employee mobility and immigration e.g.

  • Relocation case management (including assignments). Ensure relocations are administered with a high level of customer service in the EMEA region

  • Immigration: Review immigration applications and arrange for appropriate signature(s) 

  • Immigration case and compliance management, including reviewing immigration process, guides, and article documentation

  • Tax: Coordinate and review year end tax authorization eligibility list 

  • Partner with global tax program owners to provide support on tax return follow-ups and TEQ follow-up and internal reporting 

  • Provide support for day-to-day mobility challenges arising from mergers and acquisitions, location strategies, and geographic expansion initiatives.

  • Enablement & Success - providing the necessary resources, training, tools, and support systems to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding immigration, relocation, and tax topics

  • Employee POC - primary contact for employees in partnership with external vendors to support mobility, immigration, and Cross Border Working matters.

  • Functional team escalations - acting as a liaison between employee and internal stakeholders and external vendor partners on escalations. 

  • Vendor Service Management - ongoing supervision and coordination of external vendors providing services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), resolving issues or conflicts, and facilitating communication between the employee/stakeholders and the vendor.

Required skills and experience:

  • 4+ years in Global Mobility Program management or relevant Company experience

  • Solid knowledge of mobility, including relocation, immigration, tax and cross border issues in EMEA

  • Self-motivated and results oriented with the ability to innovate 

  • Excellent organizational, planning and decision-making skills are essential

  • Strong communicator with customer focus, proven relationship management skills, and the ability to influence and work with managers and employees at all levels

  • Great active listening skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills

  • Strong writing and presentation skills (including technical and analytical work) 

  • Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with employees

  • Adaptability and flexibility

  • Strong team player, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work across cultures and regions

  • Language skills a plus
