As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will play a key role in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of modern recruitment strategies, and the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners.
**This position is located at 1 President’s Choice Circle. As of October 2024, we require colleagues to be in-office 4 days per week. Although we appreciate your interest in this opportunity, we are unable to consider candidates who cannot commit to the 4-1 work model.**
