Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Master in Vaccinology, Sciences, Medicines in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

Language requirement: English

Other requirements: Chinese is a plus

Expected start date: Beginning of 2025

Duration: 3-6 months

Work arrangements: Hybrid

Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.

Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?

  • Reading, summarizing and presenting Chinese regulations and framework

  • Presenting ChP process and its improvements

  • Managing implementation of ChP process improvements and ensuring readiness to 2025

  • Monitoring performance, review and reporting, risk management and escalations

  • Using AI and digital tools

What are we looking for?

Our China compliance team which is part of Regulatory Compliance department – Strategic Product Quality in Global Quality ensures that Chinese requirements are understood and implemented in the appropriate timing to ensure reliable supply and inspection readiness. You will collaborate with colleagues around the World: our colleagues based in China, all manufacturing sites supplying China, global experts in quality, manufacturing and regulatory. You will manage, coordinate and follow-up on progress of ChP improvement project to ensure readiness across the Company for ChP2025. As project manager, you will be responsible for performance monitoring, review and reporting, risk management and escalations. You will drive harmonization across network in Vaccines and Medicines.
