Focus areas include sourcing, transportation, inventory management, facility layout, order management, warehousing, and material flow. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Analyze historic and forecasted data to identify cost improvement opportunities and establish financial baselines

  • Develop complex solutions and recommendations using technical expertise and judgment

  • Work independently to implement customer solutions, including documenting procedures, providing training, and resolving operational issues

  • Manage project teams by defining scope, creating project plans, tracking progress, and measuring results

  • Align and communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define deliverables, and manage project milestones

  • Deliver project updates and summaries to internal and external audiences through effective communication

  • Gather and cleanse data to identify trends and design actionable solutions

  • Contribute to department strategies by enhancing team skills and capabilities

  • Receive coaching to strengthen leadership skills and drive professional growth

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional work experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and summarization, including graphs, charts, formulas, functions, macros, VBA, solvers, and regression analysis

  • Experience with data visualization and analytical tools

  • Ability to travel at least 10%, both domestically and internationally

Preferred:

  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in supply chain data, form insights and recommendations, and coach others on storytelling with data

  • Strong delegation, organizational, and task management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and business goals simultaneously

  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions and relationships

  • Advocate for lean processes and tools to drive continuous improvement
