Enbridge Gas Ohio is hiring a Senior Business Process Analyst who will be responsible for leading analysis projects and making recommendations for changes to internal processes and/or standards/specifications to create more efficient and economical operations for the company’s business areas. The Senior Analyst is expected to provide leadership on multiple concurrent projects to identify, evaluate, prioritize, scope, and meet objectives for business processes within the entire business unit without jeopardizing reliability, availability, or safety.

Here’s what you will do:

  • Lead activities of matrixed, cross-functional project teams, generate sponsorship, and manage customer expectations for projects.

  • Bring projects to closure, develop, and communicate business cases to support recommendations, and monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes.

  • Develop and effectively apply standard methodology, templates, and tools for business process improvement projects.

  • Responsible for monitoring compliance activities, data mining for accuracy, running, tracking, and creating reports upon various requests.

Who you are:

You have:

  • A related Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of previous directly related experience with fully executing projects.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively lead and facilitate multiple project teams simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manipulate data into tables, charts, and other presentation modes.

  • Strong communication skills within all levels of the organization.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
