We're looking for an experienced Business System Analyst to join our People Operations team. Reporting to the Director, People Systems & Analystics you'll be responsible for:

  • Meet with partners to define reporting requirements for people data and other organizational data maintained in Workday
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the data fields in Workday and understand functional gaps
  • Provide creative solutions to prevent duplication of reports, using delivered reports, discovery boards, or consolidated reports whenever possible with a bias toward end user ease-of-use
  • Monitor, audit, and maintain report schedules and report organization
  • Be the subject matter expert in Workday Report Writer and Workday Report Designer
  • Improve user-experience and for internal analytics products and enable self-service through our analytics platforms and automation

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Experience with the HR Operating Model, COE areas (Talent Acquisitions, Talent Development, Total Rewards, HRBPs and Shared Services) and related business processes.
  • Experience with Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics including but not limited to Report Administration, Workday Studio, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, People Analytics, Prism etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or related field with 5+ years of experience implementing Workday's applications specializing in HCM Reporting & Analytics and related experience as a subject matter expert, business system/data analyst, or implementation consultant
  • Experience Designing custom composite reports and calculated field development, building custom reports and using Advanced Reporting in Payroll.
  • Track record using data/analytics in a consultative way to inform people/business decisions and enact lasting change management
  • Experience inventing and advocating for HR-related reporting such as headcount, talent management, recruiting, attrition and workforce planning

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Other industry-standard data platforms like Snowflake and data visualization tool Tableau
  • Absence and Time Tracking experience.
