As Brand Manager reporting into the Business Unit Head for Vaccines, you will lead the commercialisation of the Vaccines product/portfolio by developing and implementing the marketing strategy, operational marketing mix and tactics. We are looking for someone with natural leadership abilities to provide a vision for brand success and embed a winning mindset within the Brand Team and the wider organisation.

In this role you will…

  • INSIGHTS & EXPERT MARKET KNOWLEDGE: Continuously seek and embed customer and market insights into all brand activities. Synthesise qualitative and quantitative feedback available through data sources and reports. Identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage.
  • BRAND PLANNING: Develop and implement annual strategic and operational brand plans aligned with customer and market insights.
  • DRIVE PERFORMANCE: Drive Brand Performance through the cross-functional teamwork to maximize brand potential; deliver versus the agreed targets, actively pursue opportunities, minimise risk and ensure that course corrections are in place.
  • OPERATIONS / EXECUTION: Deliver promotional campaigns and all marketing materials with operational excellence and according to internal/external regulations.

Why you? 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales
  • Proven track-record of planning and executing impactful omnichannel campaigns to reach commercial objectives
  • Ability to extract insights from multiple sources to inform strategy
  • Fluent in English and Finnish, speaking and writing

Preferred:

  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team and influence
  • Leadership attitude/mindset
