The Manager Admin Services & Security will manage, develop, implement and evaluate plant-wide security and risk management program, as well as the Administration strategy to ensure security of the facilities, employees, visitors and assets on the plant. They will strengthen relationship with civil & law enforcing agencies, internal & external stakeholders, which includes professional media.

Core Responsibilities:

Corporate security

  • Evaluate current security situation and bring improvement in controls that will ensure robust and highest level of security to employees, visitors and assets at Rakh Canal Plant & loose grain Maize warehouses (SRMG&MAG)
  • Lead Maize warehouse completely as per Site security manual effective implementation and control overall manpower in Season and off season at both warehouses.
  • Evaluating current security situation on ongoing basis and bringing improvement in controls that will ensure robust and highest level of security to employees, visitors and assets at the plant
  • Providing leadership on various security and public relations committees acting in an advisory capacity
  • Implement Site security and Admin manual and do regular security risk assessment of Site for preparing all credible worst case scenarios.
  • Review site security vulnerabilities by reviewing all CCTV footage through security team to report any incident of past days.
  • Arrange registration of arms / weapons owned by company for their annual license and arrange training of all security staff of all three sites.
     

Stakeholder management & engagement

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to preempt security concerns and take appropriate measures to effectively manage crises situation.
  • Working with Plant Management team to develop and implement identified actions plans
  • Supporting Leadership Team in embedding Company’s Vision, Mission, Corporate Policies on Business Conduct, Environment, Health & Safety, Functional SOPs, Suppliers Code of Conduct, Systems and local policies and procedures at the site 
  • Coordinating with EHS department to ensure safety of employees & compliance to corporate EHS standards

Risk Identification

  • Identify risks and analyze data received from both external and internal sources and advise management on risk mitigation plan.
  • Lead investigation of security breaches and advise appropriate actions in coordination with Legal team. Also ensure maintenance of all security related equipment installed in assigned locations.


Technology upgrade

  • Oversee and provide direction for major security related projects and physical security technologies including but not limited to; various keys access systems, alarm systems, video surveillance systems (CCTV) and various other security related systems.


Trainings

  • Develop and implements a security training policy and ensure appropriate steps are taken to ensure security compliance. Provides frequent communications to the Management concerning security.


Organization Effectiveness

  • Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending administrative policies and procedures to meet agreed business targets
  • Continuously seeking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of core admin processes and security measures
  • Executing CSR activities for the company that facilitate the achievement of business objectives and enhance the image of the company in the local community surrounding the plant


Administration

  • Maintaining working relationships with various Governmental Departments, Civil Administration and statutory bodies to ensure smooth functioning and necessary compliance with all applicable laws
  • Monitoring security function of the plant while safeguarding personnel and the plant
  • Overseeing administration and facilities management (office administration, transport, reception, telephone exchange, gate office, weighbridge, dispatch, sanitation, gardening, dispensary, fair price shop, canteen etc) at the plant
  • Assure canteen operation to be run with optimized cost with in team resource.
  • Run  all unionized staff workers and 3rd party workers grievance management system amicably as per labor laws requirements.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Public Administration or relevant.
  • Solid 10+ years of relevant work experience at a manufacturing facility.
  • Proven Admin & Security leadership experience a with strong background in Industrial Relations.
     

Desirable requirements:

  • Ex-Army / forces personal with post-retirement relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
