Education required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Coding, Data Science, Electronics or related engineering degree or a STEM related subject that incorporated a sizeable proportion of tech-related learning e.g. data analysis, coding. Specialization in one or more of the following AI/ML, Data Analytics would be an advantage (but not essential) for some of our roles. Graduation by August 2025. 
 

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English  
 

Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations

For our 2-year graduate programme, we are looking for graduates keen to utilise and grow their skills in our critical skills areas: Data & GEN AI, Design thinking, Cyber Security and Tech Product Ownership.

As a participant in Digital & Tech’s 2-year STEM graduate programme, you will have a great opportunity to deliver impact and value to accelerate GSK’s ambition to get ahead of disease together while developing and refining your own skills. You will be aligned to: 

 

  • Global Supply Chain Digital and Tech (GSC D&T) which oversees high-quality pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing with over 40 sites worldwide. GSC also manages demand planning and logistics and has a high focus on sustainability.    

  • Research and Development Digital and Tech (R&D D&T) is committed to supporting Research & Development's new Data Tech ambition. Our focus is unwavering on prioritizing the maximization of Digital & Tech's value while we work to enhance the end-user experience across systems. We establish foundational data capabilities and leverage predictive artificial intelligence and machine learning alongside emerging technologies, with the ultimate goal of building industry thought leadership and excelling in the science of operations and execution. We want R&D to focus on being ambitious for patients. 

 

What will you do? 

  • Induction programme accelerates onboarding with training on business etiquette, teamwork, communication, personal development, decision-making, task prioritization, stakeholder management, and accountability 

  • Digital and tech training covering AGILE methodology, IT service management, cyber security, data science, AI/ML GEN AI, software engineering, data analytics and visualisation, cloud and business process automation  

  • The opportunity to put your technical skills into practice 

  • Problem solving, teamwork and project management through designing and implementing digital solutions that improve quality, productivity and optimize manufacturing processes 

  • A holistic overview of how Digital & Tech supports GSK

What are we looking for?

Once you've submitted your online application form, you'll need to complete three online assessments prior to the assessment center stage and as part of this, you'll be assessed on your technical capabilities such as coding questions around SQL and problem solving, basic level MCQs on Azure, Python, ComputerVision, Rest API and application security.
