Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzes data relevant to title insurance underwriting risk, including financial conditions of relevant parties, past claims, Stewart’s underwriting guidelines, experience among various factors
  • Regarded as a technical expert within discipline with experience in presenting and generating resources on real estate and/or title insurance topics
  • Anticipates business and regulatory challenges to proactively assess impact to work performed
  • Develops creative solutions through practical and innovative thinking
  • Communicates complex ideas across functions and levels

Education

  • Juris Doctorate required

Experience

  • Typically requires 10+ years of related multi-state work experience
