The role 

We're looking for a payroll time & attendance officer to join our team for 12-months. You will be responsible for maintaining time & attendacnce data for the 7-Eleven network, resolving payroll queries in a precise, timely and customer focused manner.

• Process accurate and timely T&A data for store employees (including Franchisees, Store Managers and store team members), identifying and resolving any discrepancies
• Assist with wage queries, updating and documenting changes in Kronos
• Perform schedule and timecard compliance auditing and reporting tasks
• Maintain training documentation relating to compliance and auditing
• Run Monday tasks & sign off checks in preparation for payrun process
• Validate Tambla (Workforce dashboard tool) reports, investigating and analysing discrepancies, creating back pays or following up on other possible errors

What’s in your toolkit?

• Experience using a T&A system (Kronos preferred) in a high volume environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and an ability to communicate at all levels
• Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational skills, and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task effectively between system Payroll, HR & T&A system and meet strict deadlines
