Job Description
The Human Resources (HR) Advisor is a leadership support role, the purpose of which is to provide expertise, guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team and to support and empower the Associates (staff) to deliver outstanding care to our patients and a professional experience to our clients, our staff and visitors to the hospital. It will require you to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and to provide leadership support to line managers in the clinician, nursing and client care teams. It will require you to develop an effective relationship with Central Linnaeus Support team members who are based remotely.
The role is based primarily at North Downs Specialist Referrals, Bletchingley, Surrey where the HR Advisor will be based on site. For one day a week, the HR Advisor will support Cave Referrals, Wellington, Somerset. This support will be predominantly remote but periodic site visits will be appropriate.

Hours
This is a permanent, part-time position working 32 hours per week, with three days on site at North Downs Specialist Referrals in Surrey and one day a week working predominantly remotely for Cave Veterinary Specialists in Somerset. There is no expectation to work bank holidays or weekends.
