Summary:

The Senior Benefits Analyst will assist overseeing and administering the employee benefits program as a member of the Benefits Team. Key areas of focus will be the domestic, global health, welfare benefit programs (including annual renewal and Open Enrollment), wellness initiatives, benefits analytics, processing life status changes and collaborating with Payroll & Accounting. This role will oversee benefits initiatives for Canada, Israel, and UK employees, including implementation of a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP). The Senior Benefits Analyst will also manage the company’s 401(k) program, including all compliance and audit related items. 

Key Focuses:

  • Manages US 401(k) program—including all compliance (5500, SAR, etc) and audit related items 
  • Support employees, Benefits Team, and other stakeholders by assisting in the oversight and administration of the employee benefits program (domestic & global)
  • Assists in administering global benefits program (Canada, Israel, UK) 
  • Partners with Accounting and Payroll as needed to provide information to assist with journal entries and other backend items
  • Responsible for completing monthly benefits billing reconciliation 
  • Partners with Benefits Team and US & global brokers for benefits renewal and full cycle US Open Enrollment process
  • Responsible for benefits analytics initiative (utilization & engagement dashboard)
  • Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in ADP WorkforceNow to provide vendors with correct eligibility information
  • Responsible for reviewing and correcting file feed (ADP to benefit vendors) discrepancies
  • Frequently drafts and refines various benefit communications and collateral. Ensures legally required communications are up-to-date and distributed appropriately. 
  • Documents and maintains administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
  • Develops and implements employee wellness initiatives as lead member of Wellness Committee

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in HR and/or benefits administration
  • Advanced proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow (or comparable HRIS/Benefits system), Google Workspace and Excel
  • Previous knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
  • Demonstrates outstanding troubleshooting, analytical and technical ability
  • Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$125,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

 

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
