Job Description:

¿Te apasionan la innovación, la tecnología y su impacto transformador en la construcción? ¿Quieres formar parte de un equipo que impulsa la innovación desde el corazón de Ferrovial? En el departamento de Innovación de Ferrovial Construcción buscamos incorporar un/a Project Manager para gestionar proyectos de Innovación, con base en nuestras oficinas centrales de Madrid.

MISIÓN

• Gestionar proyectos estratégicos de innovación, impulsando la transformación cultural, tecnológica y operativa en nuestras obras y equipos.

FUNCIONES

• Gestión integral de proyectos de innovación, desde la ideación hasta la implementación, incluyendo seguimiento técnico, económico y documental.

• Relación directa con los equipos de obra: interlocución con equipos de obra para identificar retos técnicos y operativos susceptibles de mejora mediante innovación y acompañamiento en la implantación de soluciones innovadoras en obra, asegurando su adaptación al contexto real y operativo.

• Participación en comunidades de práctica, fomentando el conocimiento compartido y la mejora continua.

REQUISITOS

• Formación técnica y valorable positivamente experiencia en obra y/o conocimientos en IA o gestión de datos.

• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos.

• Dominio de inglés (mínimo nivel B2).

• Manejo de herramientas de Office 365
