Your Role: 

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of cutover activities as part of an SAP S/4 HANA transformation. 

• Supporting project management in applying appropriate cutover methods and developing project-specific strategies. 

• Close coordination with the data migration team to ensure integrated project success. 

• Monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and integrating local needs into global templates. 

• Risk management and proactive action in addressing challenges to minimize project delays or budget overruns. 

Your Profile: 

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the SAP ERP field, preferably in global ERP rollouts. 

• Proven experience with cutover and migration methods and strategies within SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. 

• Completed university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. 

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT staff and external partners. 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and make decisions. 

• Ability to work in virtual and distributed teams, including willingness to travel (maximum 3-4 times a year). 

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
