Your Accountability

Development Program

  • Proactively assess and anticipate development program needs to meet evolving business requirements

  • Take charge of designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs

  • Ensure the creation of future-focused training content that drives team success

  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to track and celebrate the achievement of goals

Leadership

  • Lead with vision and strategic direction, progressively guiding the overall training function

  • Align training initiatives with the organization’s goals and culture, ensuring they resonate and drive results

  • Inspire and influence at all levels, fostering a culture of commitment and continuous improvement

  • Spearhead strategies that advance Program Management and Continuous Improvement mindset across all communities

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape development programs that support long-term strategies

Strategic Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with senior leadership to identify training needs in support to our development priorities

  • Ensure that training programs continuously align with our vision

  • Drive the success of programs through the certification of Six Sigma Black Belts, Green Belts, and PMP

  • Engage actively to enhance and evolve the program, focusing on developing talent across the organization

  • Lead the adoption of innovative tools and methods, reinforcing Business Enablement brand

Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of continuous learners that bring novel and engaging development content

  • Instill a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Champion the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance learning and development programs

  • Foster a culture of digital fluency within the team

Degree, certification, and experience

  • Degree or equivalent experience, typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.

  • Strong working knowledge in Instructional Design, Project and Program Management, Six Sigma and Lean process improvement methodologies required

  • Work is performed mostly remotely, with timely on-site presence to hubs or locations for collaborative engagement

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$124,400 - $207,400
