Job Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for a strong analytics and insights leader with data analytics and visualization skills and a passion to turn insights into action.

As the Digital Media A&I Manager you will:

  • Deliver real time insights and business transformation recommendations that improve our key measures, advise new business models, and optimize digital/eCommerce operations.  This includes owning and implementing a strong digital media learning plan, integrating the learning with business plans and overall category KBD understanding, and communication of the learning in real-time to key business stakeholders.
  • Be the trusted leader, influencer, and practitioner of the analytical testing approaches and data sources to deliver business results for your respective brands, category and/or region.
  • Leverage strong business insight to act as an educator and translator between A&I, Marketing and IT to ensure the learning plans can meet the business needs. Influences, leads, collaborates and communicates optimally across brand (Up to Senior Brand Director and Senior A&I Director), other multifunctional and agency/external partner team members to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results.
  • Leverage the Marketing Tech technology stack and available data across top retailers and media channels to drive best-in-class insights. This includes awareness and familiarity with the available data and how best to leverage it.
  • Lead the creation and operation of new business models, executing with hands on the keyboard and codifying the processes/capabilities to scale where relevant.
  • Project manage research/testing requests from marketing, translating between technical and marketing requirements and making sure that marketing's systems adhere to IT policies including cybersecurity and privacy mandates.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Data analytics experience – including querying data (via SQL/other) and using analytical tools such as Power BI, Databricks/Launchpad, KNIME, Python, or R
  • Problem-solver mentality and comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing media environment
  • Passion to grow the following IT skills: Marketing Technology and Data Analytics, with exposure/growth also available in consumer research
  • Strong communication skills. This is a business-facing role where you will be a bridge between the Commercial and Technical teams.

Preferred:

  • Advanced level skillset with using SQL for data queries, integrating data sets with dashboards, and creating data visualizations
  • Performance Marketing or Media analytics experience
  • Experience using Python (or need to have a willingness to learn)
  • Experience working with Marketing and/or Media tech stacks

Pay Range: $93,000 - $115,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
